I HAVE A JOB INTERVIEW TOMORROW!
My mom called me with the info for a full-time social worker position available in a nursing home. I spoke to the administrator on Monday, faxed my resume yesterday-he called me within AN HOUR of my faxing him and I will be meeting with him tomorrow!
He said that he is "excited" to meet me and "thrilled" that I have my MSW and 11 years of experience in nursing homes.
My mom drove down last night and we went shopping for clothes (I've gotten a little, ahem, fluffier, shall we say?) since nothing fits. She bought me two outfits which would be professional for interviews as well as as a new winter coat(which I desperately needed!) Gotta love mothers!
So think good thoughts that I do well tomorrow and I will let you know!

How exciting! A good social worker is so important for a nursing home and it sounds like you are off to a good start. I'll be waiting for a good report!
